Provincetown Art Association and Museum

As part of Machado and Silvetti Associates’ team, MBLA detailed various outdoor social, functional and exhibition spaces associated with the expansion of this important cultural institution on Cape Cod. The contemporary addition to the Art Association’s original Federal style building is situated within an understated landscape that maintains an open connection to the street. Terraces adjacent to the new galleries provide spaces for viewing art and for public events. PAAM is the very first LEED certified art museum in the United States.
